Post-Results Services summer 2025
The exams office will be staffed for summer 2025 results queries and post-results services on 14, 15, 20, 21 August ONLY, and from 2 September. mesexamqueries@maidenerleghtrust.org

Concerned about your grade? If you think an error has been made in your grade, you may request a post-result service. Most services incur fees. Generic post-results services information is available here: JCQ-Post-Results-Services-2025.pdf
Note that candidates cannot request a post-results review of NEA / coursework unit marks or moderation.
POSSIBLE OUTCOMES - each clerical re-check or review of marking may lead to marks or grade being lowered or raised (or confirmed) so please consult a member of teaching staff on-duty in school on results day and think carefully before requesting these services. Once a service has been requested to the awarding body on your behalf it will not be withdrawn.
If a university place is at stake, we advise you to request an A Level/Lvl 3 PRIORITY Review of Marking as soon as possible. Don’t delay by requesting a priority script (exam paper) or clerical re-check first.
Request ONE subject per form and list each paper you want to be reviewed etc.
SERVICE PRICES ARE CHARGED PER SCRIPT/PAPER. Prices are shown in the relevant Google form and in Maiden Erlegh School Parent Pay SHOP All services have request and payment deadlines (which are earlier than the exam board's deadlines).
All services must be paid for at the time of the request in Maiden Erlegh School ParentPay SHOP (not a ParentPay account): Maiden Erlegh School Shop (parentpay.com AND you must email a screenshot of the payment receipt to mesexamqueries@maidenerleghtrust.org . Service prices in the shop include a transaction and administration fee.
POST-RESULTS SERVICES DEADLINES – SUMMER 2025
All service requests, correct payments and receipt screenshots must be received by the relevant deadline shown below.
A Level / Lvl 3 PRIORITY Review of Marking request deadline - 17:00, Wednesday 20 August Priority review requests received by 11:00, Friday 15 August, will be processed that day. Later priority review requests will be processed by Thursday 21 August. Priority reviews of marking are available only for A Level / Lvl 3.
A Level / Lvl 3 PRIORITY script request deadline
- Priority marked script to aid a decision on standard review – 17:00, Wednesday 20 August
GCSE / Lvl 2 PRIORITY script request deadline
- Priority marked script to aid a decision on standard review - Tuesday 02 September
OTHER post-results and scripts services request deadline - Thursday 18 September

All requests and consents must be submitted on the correct Google form and matching payment made
in Maiden Erlegh School Parent Pay SHOP.
To access the post-results service forms below, the candidate must first login to their Google Classroom email (for leavers this will remain alive until 31 October).
REFUNDS* Clerical re-check and review of marking services payments will be refunded if the candidate:
• has been issued an overall grade for the qualification and this changes because of a clerical re-check or a review of marking, or
• has not been issued an overall grade for the qualification and their notional unit grade changes because of a clerical re-check or a review of marking.
*Note that refund applies to re-checks or reviews requested on the same Google form.
