Mindfulness Club - staff & Sixth Form Students

The Mindfulness Club meets every Thursday, between 3:15 and 3:45pm, for staff members and sixth form students, inspired by psychological research into the benefits of mindfulness, and Buddhist teachings.

Regular mindfulness practice supports good mental health, enhances cognitive flexibility, improves study skills and academic performance, generally increases happiness, and can even make you physically healthier!

At Mindfulness Club students and staff discuss and test out different ways to incorporate mindfulness into our daily lives and enjoy regular meditation practice.
