Following on from changes to the Met Office Alerts overnight, the school is in a red zone which means danger to life.

 

As a result, we have made the decision to close the school site today for safety reasons as we have a number of trees around the school and are also concerned about debris with the storm due to be at its strongest at lunch time.

 

We will provide work for students which may be live or set on Google classroom. Due to other schools closing and IT access, some lessons may not be live. Please ask your child to check their Google classrooms. 

 

Year 10 parents whose children were due to sit their PPEs today will have another email around 8.30am outlining the plan for the day.
