Complaints and Appeals

If a candidate or their parent/carer has a general concern about the centre’s delivery or administration of a qualification they are following (including access arrangements and special consideration), Maiden Erlegh School encourages the candidate or their parent/carer to try to resolve this informally in the first instance.

The concern should be raised with the Head of Centre, Mr Paul Gibson.

If a concern is not resolved informally the candidate or his/her parent/carer can then make a formal complaint.
